Return information
The use of the returns procedure offered is a recommendation and not a mandatory requirement for exercising the right of return.
In the event of signs of use, we are entitled to invoice the resulting reduction in value. Please note the information in the cancellation policy . -
1. Pack the return item properly
Make sure the article is 100% complete. It is best to send the items back to us in their original packaging and in a suitable box that is adequately secured against damage in transit.

2. Request a DPD return label
You can request a return label using our contact form, WhatsApp or our chat. Please let us know your invoice number and the items to be returned . Returns from Germany are free of charge for exchanges. In the event of a cancellation, we will charge the costs for the return from Germany ( €5.90 ) or other European countries (costs depending on the country) (if you use a return label provided by us).

3. Send your package
You can hand in your return package at any DPD Pickup parcel shop. IMPORTANT: Please have a delivery receipt issued for you! Here you can find a DPD parcel acceptance point in your area.

4. We process your return
You can track your package using the tracking number for your return. As soon as we receive the package, we will process your return within 1-3 working days. The invoice amount will be refunded to you in the same way as the original payment.
